1. How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made through our platform at www.bianchiprata.com or via email at info@bianchiprata.com.
2. What is the minimum and maximum age for participants?
Participants are accepted from 6 years of age. There is no maximum age, as long as the person feels capable and has no health issues that may prevent them from participating in the activity.
3. How does the Personal Accident Insurance work?
Our current personal accident insurance is a reimbursement-based policy, meaning the injured party is responsible for paying their expenses upfront and will be reimbursed later by the insurance company. The maximum coverage is €1,500.00.
4. Is there insurance for motorcycle damage?
There is no damage liability insurance for motorcycles within our OffRoad centers. However, we understand your concerns. It's important to note that our motorcycles are built to withstand falls, and we use extremely high-quality parts that are not easily damaged.
5. What is the purpose of the liability waiver?
The liability waiver helps to protect against any damages caused during our activities and, most importantly, ensures safety on the tracks. We believe this is the best way to guarantee all participants follow the safety rules established by our instructors. On average, we welcome 50 participants per weekend and rarely have to apply any charges. In the past two months, only two brake/clutch levers were charged. These measures are in place so participants can learn, have fun, and above all, stay safe.
6. Who should sign the liability waiver for children?
When it comes to children at our OffRoad centers, the waiver must be signed by the accompanying adult, their legal guardian, or a legally responsible tutor.
7. Is a driving license required?
For activities inside our centers, a driving license is not required. However, for our OffRoad tours, a valid driving license is mandatory.
8.What are the requirements for the OffRoad tours?
To participate in our OffRoad tours, you must have prior OffRoad experience and a valid driving license. Without these, you won’t be allowed to leave the center, as the minimum conditions are not met.
