How to participate?
Take a photo at the Moeve stand in the space dedicated to Pedro Bianchi, and post it on Instagram with a creative caption that includes the words Moeve and Bianchi Prata, and add the hashtags #MoeveBianchiPrata #OffroadCenterBianchiPrata #ENVE2025. You must follow the @bianchiprata, @offroadcenterbianchiprata and @cepsaportugal pages on Instagram.
How to win?
The three most creative phrases will win one of the three prizes available, which will be ranked from 1st to 3rd place, and the prize awarded will correspond to the place they came in.
What can you win?
One of the three prizes defined below:
1. Enduro ride (3 hours) with a guide, for more experienced riders
2. Enduro lesson – Beginners (3 hours) with instructor
3. Offroad baptism (1 hour) with instructor
When?
Between September 20 and 27, all entries that comply with the rules for participation will be counted.
The winners will be selected by October 17 and contacted by @cepsaportugal via DM on Instagram.
REGULATIONS
1. – ORGANISING COMPANY
The company FOLLOW ADVENTURE, LDA, hereinafter referred to as Offroad Center Bianchi Prata, with registered office at Quinta do Marinheiro, Rua do Marinheiro Lugar de Campos 594, 4635-275 Marco de Canaveses, Portugal, and taxpayer identification number 510773419, is organising a nationwide contest (hereinafter, "the Contest") for promotional purposes. The Contest will be held via the Internet, exclusively for users residing in mainland Portugal who are 18 years of age or older, in accordance with the participation requirements set forth below.
2. – START AND END DATES
The Contest will begin at 10:00 a.m. on 20 September 2025 and will end at 11:59 p.m. on 27 September 2025.
3. – PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND CONTEST MECHANICS
The requirements for participation are as follows:
1.Participation is open to persons residing in mainland Portugal who are at least 18 years of age.
2.Participants may enter the Contest as many times as they wish.
To participate in the contest, follow all of these steps:
• Take a photo at the Moeve stand in the space dedicated to Pedro Bianchi at the 2025 NATIONAL ELECTRIC VEHICLE MEETING event.
• Post the photo on Instagram in publication format (story or reel formats are not accepted) with a creative phrase that includes the words Moeve and Bianchi Prata, and add the hashtags:

• Follow Bianchi Prata's social media profile on Instagram (@bianchiprata / bianchiprata)
• Follow Offroad Center Bianchi Prata's social media profile on Instagram (@offroadcenterbianchiprata / offroadcenterbianchiprata)
• Follow Moeve Portugal's social media profile on Instagram (@cepsaportugal / MoevePortugal)
Participants may also share the Post in their Stories to increase visibility, likes, and shares from friends and followers.
By entering the Contest, participants automatically accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by the rules governing the Contest.
Participation will not be accepted, and prizes will not be awarded, if it is proven that the entry was made using bots or automation tools, or if technical evidence shows that the participant is part of a group of users posting continuously and/or fraudulently from the same IP address, or is part of a group controlled by the same individual or company, or if the majority of their posts are spam.
Should any disqualified participant be selected as a winner, they will forfeit the right to the prize, which will instead be awarded to an alternate.
4. – CONTEST CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
Three winners and nine alternates will be selected.
The winners and alternates will be chosen by the Offroad Center Bianchi Prata team in collaboration with marketing specialists, based on originality, creativity, and wit of the submissions, by 17 October 2025.
Winners will be contacted by Offroad Center Bianchi Prata via Instagram. If a winner does not respond within two (2) days to accept the prize, the prize will be offered to an alternate under the same terms. Prizes are subject to these rules, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be altered or substituted at the winner’s request.
The prizes are as follows:
1. Enduro Ride (3h) with guide – for experienced riders
2. Enduro Lesson – Beginner level (3h) with instructor
3. Offroad Baptism (1h) with instructor
A total of three prizes will be awarded, limited to one prize per participant.
5. – LIMITATIONS
Entries will be considered null and void if participants fail to meet the requirements outlined in these Terms, or if the information provided is invalid.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
(i) Employees of companies directly or indirectly associated with Offroad Center Bianchi Prata;
(ii) Legal entities with direct or indirect shareholdings in Offroad Center Bianchi Prata;
(iii) Any other legal entity directly or indirectly involved in the organisation, preparation, or development of the Contest (including agencies and suppliers).
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Offroad Center Bianchi Prata reserves the right to amend, suspend, or extend the Contest where justified, without prior notice.
The winner shall be responsible for any tax obligations arising from acceptance of the prize, as well as any expenses not expressly covered in these Terms.
Any justified claims regarding the Contest must be submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the prize is awarded. Offroad Center Bianchi Prata reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of similar characteristics if necessary.
6. – COMMENTS AND OPINIONS
Comments or opinions deemed inappropriate, offensive, insulting, discriminatory, or infringing the rights of third parties will not be accepted. Any comments against individuals that violate their rights to honour, privacy, or image will not be permitted. Offroad Center Bianchi Prata shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from participants’ comments, which may at any time offend the sensitivities of other participants.
7. – DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Offroad Center Bianchi Prata shall not be liable for losses, theft, delays, or other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the Contest, nor for any use made by the winners of their prizes. The company accepts no responsibility for damages of any nature suffered by participants, winners, or third parties.
Nor shall Offroad Center Bianchi Prata be held liable in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances preventing the Contest from taking place or the full enjoyment of prizes. Should fraud, technical errors, or any other circumstances beyond Moeve’s control affect the proper running of the Contest, Offroad Center Bianchi Prata reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it.
8. – INSTAGRAM
The Contest is in no way sponsored, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants may not hold Offroad Center Bianchi Prata liable for any damages arising from participation via Instagram.
9. – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with personal data protection legislation, participants are hereby informed that personal identification and contact data provided for the Contest will be included in a processing record owned by Offroad Center Bianchi Prata, for the following purposes:
1. To identify the participant and provide them with their full name, email address, and citizen card number. .
2. To administer participation in the Contest.
3. To deliver prizes to winners.
4. To communicate with participants via Instagram direct message, email, or phone regarding the Contest. Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message.
5. To resolve any incidents related to participation. Participants may be contacted in cases of suspected fraud or identity theft.
6. To comply with applicable legal obligations.
Additionally, with the participant’s consent, their personal data may be processed for the purpose of publicising the Contest, its results, and the winners in corporate communication channels, as well as on platforms, channels, and social networks where Offroad Center Bianchi Prata maintains an official page or profile.
Due to the system implemented in this Contest, winning participants will receive a notification via Instagram messages, requesting their personal identification and contact details in order to deliver the prizes in accordance with these regulations.
Participation in this Contest is voluntary. By choosing to participate, it is declared that the personal data of participants and winners will be processed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. For the Contest to be properly carried out, it is necessary that participants’ personal data, including that required for prize delivery, be true, complete, and up to date, which they undertake to ensure by accepting these regulations. Should a winner’s personal data be false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated to the extent that their identification is impossible by reasonable means, Offroad Center Bianchi Prata reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the Contest, without incurring any liability in this respect.
The lawful basis for processing is as follows:
a) The personal data requested from winners are necessary for prize delivery, and the processing is therefore legitimate within the scope of developing and executing the promotional relationship.
b) Data processing carried out for resolving incidents in relation to prize draws is based on the legitimate interest of Offroad Center Bianchi Prata, which consists in ensuring the proper development of the Contest, avoiding unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful practices affecting its own interests or those of third parties. Interested parties may obtain more information on this legitimate interest assessment by contacting info@bianchiprata.com
, and/or, where applicable, object to the processing by contacting the same email.
c) Image processing for communication purposes on platforms, channels, and social networks where Offroad Center Bianchi Prata has an official page or profile is based on the participant’s prior, express, and separate consent.
d) In accordance with the purposes outlined above, participants’ personal data may be transferred to the following recipients, depending on the lawful basis for such communication:
i) If necessary, to companies within the Offroad Center Bianchi Prata group, which may be consulted at www.bianchiprata.com, for administrative and management purposes regarding the participant relationship, based on the legitimate interest of Offroad Center Bianchi Prata. The legitimate interest lies in ensuring better organisation and optimisation, as well as unified management of the group’s resources, where internally required for the effective execution of its business activities.
ii) To suppliers of Offroad Center Bianchi Prata contracted for the organisation and management of the Contest, as well as prize delivery, who will act as data processors.
The international transfer of participants’ personal data is not foreseen. However, should such transfer be required, it will be carried out in compliance with the criteria and requirements set by applicable legislation, through the adoption of appropriate legal safeguards. These may consist of the execution with the data recipient of (i) Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to legitimise international transfers of data to third countries, or (ii) another valid legal instrument ensuring an adequate level of protection equivalent to that of the European Economic Area.
Data will be retained for the duration of the Contest and subsequently blocked for the limitation period of any potential legal actions. Once this period has expired, the data will be permanently erased. In any event, if legal proceedings are ongoing at the end of the retention period, the data may be kept throughout such proceedings and exclusively for evidential purposes, until a final decision is issued, at which point they will be blocked and subsequently erased.
Image data processed for corporate disclosure on social media and company channels will be retained for the maximum period permitted by law.
Participants are further informed that they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and objection to automated individual decision-making, upon proof of identity, by sending a written request either by post to Quinta do Marinheiro, Rua do Marinheiro Lugar de Campos 594, 4635-275 Marco de Canaveses, or by email to info@bianchiprata.com.
Participants may also withdraw their consent if previously granted for a specific purpose, and they may modify their preferences at any time.
Offroad Center Bianchi Prata has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who may be contacted at comercial@offroadcenter.bianchiprata.com. The competent supervisory authority in Portugal is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
Finally, in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations, Offroad Center Bianchi Prata informs participants that personal data provided directly to Instagram in relation to the use of its platforms will be processed solely by Instagram. 10. – AMENDMENTS
Offroad Center Bianchi Prata reserves the right to amend or extend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, provided participants’ rights are not adversely affected.
11. – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. The Portuguese courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the validity, interpretation, or enforcement of these rules.
